Jeraf farms was established nine years ago in Lagos commercial hub of Nigeria on the 13th December 2013 with core responsibility of growing healthy farm produce ,processing and packaging of locally grown healthy foods.
The name JERAF is coined from the first names of the most important people in my life(my immediate family). J for Johnson my amazing elder brother, E for Ene my humble self, R for Rita my lovely mother and the bedrock of JERAF Farms, A for Augustine my marvelous father and F for Francis my wonderful younger brother. We have been in operation for 9 years and in December 2023 we will be celebrating a decade in business.

JERAF farms started as a small greenhouse of about 6.5 metres in width and 10 metres in length in the highly fertile part of Rayfield in Jos city, Plateau State. Our first crop of production was Yellow and Red Bell Peppers,after recording an outstanding success rate with the production in the first year we used our profits to expand the farm with an additional 10 metres by 20 metres greenhouse in the same location in the following year. In June 2022 we expanded with additional 3 units of greenhouses in same location with proceeds from the second greenhouse. We currently have 5 greenhouses dedicated to growing the healthiest Yellow and Red Bell Peppers for our esteemed customers all over Nigeria.

In October 2022 we ventured into growing high quality wheat in open field for local consumption within Nigeria, our wheat farm is located on a 1.8 hectares of land in Dwei Du area of Jos city Plateau State. After recording an outstanding success with wheat production in our first attempt we leased 5 hectares of land to expand production in 2023.

At JERAF farms the health and safety of our customers is of paramount importance to us, as such we employ the healthiest and best agronomic practices in growing our farm produce e.g we use neem oil a natural occurring insecticide and fungicide to deter pest and insects from attacking our plants thereby eliminating the use of harmful insecticides in the farm.

We employ farm workers and agronomist with years of experience and passion for standard farming methods that don’t compromise the health of our customers.
We are also into food processing and packaging, currently we process and package ground turmeric and curry powder. We have plans in the future to process and package other locally grown healthy foods.

To grow and deliver beyond questions the healthiest Bell peppers, wheat grain and locally grown healthy foods to stores, households, markets and restaurants nationwide.
